United Church Overseas Personnel, Bill and Karen Butt, are members of Oxford Presbytery. They currently serve in Mozambique. Bill and Karen are working with the Ecumenical Christian Council of Mozambique (CCM), our United Church partner there.  Karen is Education Consultant based at a Rehabilitation Centre for 30 girls age 5-13 whose parents have been lost in Mozambique's long civil war. Bill is Communications Consultant to the CCM.

Individuals are invited to contribute to the United Church’s Haiti Appeal either through their local congregation or directly to The United Church of Canada’s national office, 3250 Bloor St. West, Suite 300, Toronto, ON M8X 2Y4. Cheques should be made payable to The United Church of Canada and marked “Haiti Appeal.”
