It is our goal to invite only the most highly qualified counselors, teachers, and staff to join our team.

We believe that great camps are more than the activities they offer. Instead, a great camp has individuals who nurture each camper in creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Our carefully selected counselors attend a rigorous training program before camp begins. Each counselor team has at least one head counselor who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. We also have two experienced Chinese teachers for the structured Chinese lessons with older campers.

Our program includes:

* Teacher and Counselors who are fluent in Mandarin Chinese

* A staff to camper ratio of 1 to 5

* Certified lifeguards

* Licensed Health Staff

* First Aid and CPR certified counselors
