Description

We are offering more sessions than ever this year. Choose CATS SuperCamp, Recreational Camp, KittyCATS Camp, or CATS Cheer/Tumbling Camp based on your child’s age and level of ability. All camps begin with a 30 minute warm up and stretch followed by three rotations on gymnastics apparatus. At the conclusion of the third rotation, it’s time to break for lunch and gear up for the afternoon’s three rotations. Gymnasts will receive professional coaching on floor ex, vault, bars, trampoline, tumble trampoline, girls’ camps include beam and dance, boys’ camps include parallel bars and pommel horse. We often picnic by the creek path/bike path in front of CATS, so don’t forget water shoes, sunscreen and hat.

We strive to meet the neets of athletes of all ages and abilities. Our primary goal is to provide a fun, safe and challenging curriculum.

CATS SuperCamps are the highest quality gymnastic training programs available. We are pleased to welcome USA Gymnastics National Coaching Staff, USA National Team Members, as well as collegiate and private gym coaches from around the country. The student to coach ratio for these camps is unbeatable at 5:1. If your child needs to stay with a host family, please call for details.

Our camps meet the personal goals of beginner through elite levels of ability. We also understand the value of individualized coaching and provide low student to instructor ratios. Curriculum includes all the Olympic events, as well as basic dance, choreography and conditioning.

These camps run from 9:00am – 3:30pm. In addition to the gymnastic rotations, every day we introduce an extra curricular activity, and includes rock climbing, swimming, and for girls, dance and crafts. Boys’ camp rotations includes breakdancing, challenge course and games. Thursday we leave CATS at noon to picnic and swim at Scott Carpenter Park and Pool, so bring a swimsuit. Friday is showtime. Your gymnast will perform in a gymnastic exhibition from 2:00 – 3:30. We welcome all relatives and friends to join us. Campers must be a minimum of 6 years old.
