Base Outdoor Perce-Neige, legally known as the Camp Outdoor Corporation for the Handicapped of Quebec (CCPAHQ) is a nonprofit organization working since 1977 to persons with disabilities. Des programmes de répits et d'accueil de groupes sont ainsi offerts aux adultes et enfants vivant avec un handicap physique, une déficience intellectuelle ou des problèmes de santé mentale afin qu'ils puissent passer un séjour dans un environnement enrichissant et motivant tout en gardant un certain confort familial. Respite programs and home groups are offered to adults and children living with physical disabilities, mental retardation or mental health problems so that they can stay at a rewarding and challenging environment while maintaining a some home comfort.

In addition to our initial goal, we developed comprehensive programs to accommodate nature classes, Scout groups, families and groups as well as organizations or corporations wishing to enjoy the facilities and site. Perce-Neige also home during the summer season over 450 youth through the Summer Camp Foundation Headstart Canadian Tire du Québec. En tout, nous recevons annuellement près de 5000 vacanciers provenant en majorité de la grande région de Montréal et des Laurentides. In all, we receive annually from nearly 5,000 holidaymakers in most of the Greater Montreal and the Laurentians.
