Our camp is situated on beautiful pleasant lake a seven mile crystal clear, secluded body of fresh water which is a perfect site for all of our waterfront activities. With no marina or commercial craft,we often have the entire lake to ourselves,caeationg a safe and open environment on which to play and learn.



Samoset has a well rounded,structured program that balances an extensive sports and water program with a wide variety of individual activities and a separate department for special events.In every aspect of our program,private lessons the day.In support of this,there are no more than 150 campers with a camper to counselor ratio of under 3 to 1.



Our day is balanced between free choice and assigned periods. Under the careful guidance of our staff, each camper's program emerges as a reflection of his own particular interests and needs. We offer the opportunity for each boy to challenge himself in his favorite activity while encouraging him to explore new fields of interst in a wide variety of activities.
