Campers learn to make an action video documenting the Patmos experience, using our state of the art Mac Books and HD cameras. At the end of the week, they will be able to take home a DVD of the movie they made, plus knowledge of the process.

The activity is done during the instruction hour, and campers can still participate in all camp activities.

Please note that this is about making a movie, not about digital phototography.

For Junior campers it will be a stop action film being made utilizing – claymation and learning to use the computer and cameras.

Paintball for the week is an additional $65. It can also be chosen as a one-time option during the week, with a rental and paint charge of $12, and additional paint charge of $5. Campers should plan to bring that extra money with them to camp if they intend to choose the one-time option.Adults who come with your youth will stay in the cabins with your campers, acting as their counselors. They will be equipped the first day with the schedule for the week and also to understand the Bible study (materials provided by Camp). There will be daily meetings and prayer with other couselors. Because of their important role in the spiritual growth of the campers, they will need to complete disclosure forms, and a background check is required.

A deposit can be made by calling the Camp Patmos office, 419-746-2214, and supplying credit card information at that time. A complete list, either emailed or faxed (fax # 419-710-7005), of names the deposit covers would be important. Since each camper will register online individually, their accounts need to be properly credited. A church check is preferred, but Credit card payment is fine as well.
