DescriptionGirl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana provides leadership experiences for more than 18,000 Girl Scouts ages 5-17. They are guided by more than 4,700 adult volunteers who mentor them and work behind-the-scenes to support Girl Scouts and our mission of building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place The world is complex and ever changing, and it requires strong leaders who value diversity, inclusion, and collaboration. It also needs leaders who are committed to improving neighborhoods, communities, and the world. Girl Scouts is, and always has been, the organization best positioned to offer girls the tools they need to be this type of successful leader today and tomorrow.
