Located on the beautiful campus of Miami University in the rolling hills of southwestern Ohio, the Marcum Conference Center & Miami Inn is a unique venue. Less than a block apart and surrounded by beautiful gardens and grounds, these two buildings are nestled in a quiet, wooded setting within walking distance of all campus facilities and the quaint uptown of Oxford, Ohio.

Standing on the former site of old Fisher Hall since 1982, construction of the Timothy Marcum Memorial Conference Center was funded solely by private and corporate donations; the largest gift coming from the family of Timothy Marcum, a young Miami University graduate, who died tragically in an automobile accident in the summer of 1973. The building is a replica of The Wren Building, the oldest functioning academic building in the United States at the College of William & Mary in historic Williamsburg, Virginia.
